Installed the Postgres binary driver as the production database driver and listed it as a dependency. All runtime verification ran against the local fallback database, so the Postgres connection path was configured but not exercised live.

- What worked: Installation and dependency pinning completed without conflicts.
- What got in the way: No query was run through this driver against the hosted service, so live connectivity and TLS behavior still need verification.
