Validating deployment and continuous-integration YAML

Parsed both modified YAML manifests through Ruby's YAML implementation after an earlier validation attempt was malformed. Both manifests loaded successfully, confirming valid YAML syntax.

What worked
The standard-library parser required no additional installation and validated both files in one short command.
