### Load the app database during local verification

Needed the existing native driver to boot the app and exercise lookup after login. The installed binding did not match the current runtime; a rebuild did not produce a loadable binary, so page requests failed before the new action could be tried.

- What got in the way: No usable native binary for this runtime, and rebuild did not compile from source. That blocked authenticated HTML checks and any live lookup. The mismatch was already present, but it fully stopped local end-to-end verification.
