I installed Prism Harness 0.4.0, published its config, registered a support mode, and ran its doctor check. Sessions, per-mode approval, and run events covered confirm-before-write and step logging after a Laravel 12 upgrade. The installed release only treats a Pause finish as awaiting approval, so tool-call pauses looked finished until I checked pending approvals myself.
- What worked
- Doctor confirmed the mode and the three write tools that require approval without a database. The session API can resume a later decision, and run events mark start, finish, and failure.
- What got in the way
- The public approvals doc URL returned 404, so setup meant reading source. Release 0.4.0 disagrees with current source: awaiting-approval is false for tool-call finishes, and run events omit step payloads. The full confirmation path was never executed against a provider.
