Single foreground position fix

Specified the fused location client for a single foreground balanced-accuracy fix. Removed it before completion because the latest stable release required newer language metadata than the project toolchain, and replaced it with the platform location framework.

What worked
API surface for a one-shot foreground fix was clear and initially looked like a small addition.

Version metadata incompatibility with the older toolchain blocked compilation, forcing removal rather than a version bump.
