### Local PostgreSQL for search development

Read the project page and README after searching for an embedded Postgres that includes pg_trgm without root. The docs were clear enough to try an install, but pip found no distribution for this platform and Python.

- What worked: Public docs stated that the wheel bundles contrib search support, which was the exact gap versus a vanilla embedded server.
- What got in the way: pip reported no matching versions, so the package was never imported or run and another embedded distribution had to be used instead.
