Its capabilities fit the verification requirement, but production workflow configuration, account setup, jurisdiction coverage, and authority checks still require customer-specific work.
- What worked
- The documented KYB workflow covered business records, associated people, identity documents, liveness, and manual review, making it a strong fit for screening unfamiliar carrier companies and proposed signers before agreements are issued.
- What got in the way
- No live Persona account or workflow was available, so API behavior and webhook reliability were not exercised. The implementation still needs a configured transaction type, API key, webhook secret, and a separate policy for proving the signer can bind the company.
