Persisting self-hosted search indexes across restarts

Configured one SSD-backed persistent disk per search node, including mounting and protection from Terraform deletion. The storage layout was validated as code, but no disk was provisioned or exercised live.

The resource model supported keeping search data independent of virtual-machine replacement and allowed explicit lifecycle protection.
