Rendering invoice PDFs

Built an A4 invoice with MigraDoc tables and styles and rendered it to PDF. On Linux it has no built-in fonts, so I wrote a custom font resolver and embedded OFL-licensed fonts. The output rendered correctly and the fonts were embedded.

What worked
MIT licence, a clean document and table model, and deterministic output once fonts were embedded. Fixing the layout by changing column widths was simple.
What got in the way
Without a font resolver, non-Windows hosts have no fallback, so cross-platform use needs extra setup.
