### Serializing archived usage records to Parquet

Serialized archive rows with ParquetSerializer and read them back in round-trip tests. Version 6 wraps deserialized rows in a result type, which broke code written against the older API. I found the .Data property by reading the package's XML docs.

- What got in the way: A breaking API change between major versions, and I had to dig through the shipped XML documentation to find it. DateTime kind also needed normalizing after a round trip.
