### Orchestrating document parsing models

PaddleX supplied the PP-StructureV3 orchestration layer and was pinned to the compatible OCR release. Considerable care was needed to disable downloads and map all offline model directories.

- What got in the way: Optional orientation, table, and chart submodels made the exact offline model inventory harder to determine from documentation.
