Chose this residential proxy after comparing public pricing and setup notes, then wired host, session rotation, and env credentials into the crawler for the supplier that rejects one egress after a few dozen views. No account was created and no traffic was sent.
- What worked
- Public docs were clear enough to name a starter bandwidth plan, a Playwright-compatible proxy endpoint, and session rotation without a corporate verification wall.
- What got in the way
- Billing is in bandwidth rather than page views, so cost for weekly browser loads had to be estimated. Credentials stay outside the repo and were never validated against the network.
