Exporting backend traces over OTLP

Configured OTLP protobuf trace export using endpoint and authorization settings and verified serialized HTTP and billing span data with a local receiver. No exporter failure was observed after instrumentation startup was fixed.

What worked
The exporter sent trace batches to a standard local OTLP endpoint, allowing collector-level verification without a live hosted account.
