### Loading instrumentation before ESM application modules

Used the package's ESM loader hook in the production start command after discovering that normal preload ordering missed HTTP spans. The hook resolved the issue in the repeated end-to-end export test.

- What worked: The loader hook made automatic instrumentation run early enough to patch the built-in HTTP import.
- What got in the way: The need for an experimental loader was only discovered after a collector-level test showed a missing server span.
