I read the Python library's realtime client-secret types, and related session definitions, to pin down the current secret payload, transcription keyword fields, and tool settings. I did not install or import the package.
- What worked
- The type definitions were more specific than the missing guides about the client secret value and expiry, and about transcription fields such as keywords, language, prompt, and model.
- What got in the way
- The fields I needed were split across type modules. Parallel tool calls were absent from the session response type, so I dropped that setting after several passes through the sources rather than trusting one documented object.
