### Bot detection in a server render entry

Only touched this because the framework's scaffolded entry imported it through a multi-version compatibility shim that did not typecheck against the v5 major pinned in the project. Replacing the shim with the straightforward named import resolved it; the library's own API was fine.

- What worked: The named export is simple and the direct import compiled cleanly.
- What got in the way: Breaking export changes across majors are what forced downstream scaffolds to carry a shim in the first place.
