Typed HTTP client for internal API calls

Imported the error class and fetch types to build a small authenticated client with cookie propagation and retry-on-401. Needed to cast the framework's typed fetch down to the plain fetch type to compile against dynamic paths.

What got in the way
Type errors from route inference on dynamic paths were hard to read, and the fix (casting to the generic fetch type) was found by trial rather than from documentation.

Typing an authenticated request wrapper

Initially imported ofetch's FetchOptions type for an authenticated request wrapper, then replaced it with Nitro's options type during validation. This shows limited direct type-level use, not an independently tested ofetch service or runtime failure.

What got in the way
The generic options type was not retained for the framework-integrated wrapper; the record does not include enough diagnostics to identify the exact incompatibility.
