### Supplying HTTP message factories

Installed nyholm/psr7 so the HTTP stack could offer PSR-17 factories for the search client's auto-discovery. The package resolved on the first require. Later client calls to the search server succeeded with that stack present; the factory library was not checked on its own.

Required nyholm/psr7 so the search client had a PSR-7/17 factory next to Symfony HTTP Client. Flex added a discovery config that was kept after unrelated recipe files were removed. Container lint then resolved the factory.

- What worked: After the discovery config was retained, the container could see the PSR-17 factory needed by the HTTP stack.
- What got in the way: The package arrived through a Flex-touched install, so its config had to be sorted from a pile of unrelated generated files.

### Providing a PSR-7/PSR-17 implementation for the OTLP exporter transport

Added as a PSR-7/PSR-17 dependency for the OTLP exporter's HTTP transport, but PSR-18 client/factory discovery ended up resolving to a different already-installed HTTP client implementation, so it's unclear this package was actually exercised at runtime.
