### Pre-caching an offline application shell and voice assets

The Nuxt PWA module generated the manifest and service worker and ultimately precached a neutral SPA entry plus voice SDK chunks. An early production build failed inside service-worker generation, and the cache strategy required iteration before offline page reloads were safe.

- What worked: The final generated service worker could be inspected to confirm that the root application shell was precached.
- What got in the way: The first build failure surfaced as a deep plugin stack trace, and the initial SSR configuration cached JavaScript without a reusable HTML navigation shell.
