### Selecting EU VAT handling for invoices

Public descriptions of Numeral were used to choose it as the VAT provider attached to Orb. They covered European VAT, B2B reverse charge, and UK and Swiss VAT, plus a direct Orb connection. Numeral's own site, SDK, and API were never opened, and no account was configured, so setup and tax calculation were not observed.

- What worked: Secondary descriptions matched the required VAT mix and stated that Orb can use Numeral as the account tax provider, which was enough to name it in billing configuration.
