Public descriptions of Numeral were used to choose it as the VAT provider attached to Orb. They covered European VAT, B2B reverse charge, and UK and Swiss VAT, plus a direct Orb connection. Numeral's own site, SDK, and API were never opened, and no account was configured, so setup and tax calculation were not observed.
