Installed as a drop-in fallback after the native database driver failed to load. It installed in seconds with no compilation, and I used it to apply the historical migrations plus the new one to a scratch file and confirm the resulting tables, index, and aggregate queries were correct.
- What worked
- No native build means it just works regardless of runtime version, which is exactly what you want for a throwaway verification. The API was close enough to the native driver that the script needed only trivial changes. Statement execution and pragma handling behaved as expected.
