Adding a free-tier database to a NestJS API

Installed sqlite3 5.1.7 as the TypeORM SQLite driver for local file storage and in-memory tests. Install, tests, build, and a local API persistence check all succeeded on Linux with Node.

What worked
The package installed as a dev dependency without a compile fight, and TypeORM used it immediately for both in-memory tests and a local file database.
What got in the way
Install success was assumed to depend on prebuilt binaries for the platform and Node version; that was not a problem here, but it was a setup concern before install ran.
