Used the Nest compiler to produce the production build and copy seed JSON into output. An assets outDir setting left the seed folder empty. Passing a webpack=false flag was misread and risked a broken output tree until a normal rebuild.

- After switching assets to the standard compilerOptions.assets pattern, a clean build placed seed files and the main bundle where the app expects them.
- What got in the way
- The documented-looking outDir on assets did not copy seeds with the TypeScript compiler. The webpack=false invocation failed and left uncertainty about whether output was still a valid tsc build.
