Queried the public translation API and used it in the catalog bootstrap workflow after the first service rate-limited. It returned usable responses, but generated catalog content still required manual correction for untranslated terms, escaping, locale metadata, and linguistic context.

- Its output was not release-ready: several translations and PO details needed manual fixes and validation before catalogs compiled cleanly.
