Configuring an API with sandbox provider credentials

Retained the existing dotenv configuration import while adding environment-based sandbox settings and credential setup instructions. No dotenv-specific change or failure is recorded. Actual provider credentials were unavailable, so credential loading for a live deployment was not demonstrated.

Adding JWT authentication to a NestJS API

Added dotenv so local startup could read issuer and audience from an env file. The first install landed on 17, which printed a noisy injected-variable tip during API boot. Pinning 16.4.7 kept named imports working and left Nest logs clean.

What worked
16.4.7 loaded env vars for local runs and still typechecked with the named import used at bootstrap.
What got in the way
17 printed a startup banner that was a poor fit for an API process, so the package had to be downgraded and re-pinned.
