Shipping application logs to Loki with trace correlation

Added this Monolog handler as a Laravel logging channel to push structured logs to Loki, tagged with trace/span IDs via a custom processor. Verified a log call completed without throwing when Loki wasn't running.

What worked: Integrated cleanly as a Laravel log channel and degraded gracefully (silent timeout) when the target Loki instance was unavailable, which matched the documented behavior.
