### Build a local web workspace for a desktop CAD extension

The .NET Framework managed assemblies and x64 loader compiled into the extension. Runtime acceptance remains unverified because the UI-control path was unreliable and a separate test launch was blocked by the environment.

- What worked: The NuGet package clearly separated managed framework assemblies, architecture-specific loaders, licenses and notices.
- What got in the way: Compilation alone could not establish that the embedded panel initializes correctly in the desktop host.
