Looked at Copilot Studio and related assistant or AI Builder document extraction as a way to rekey broker PDFs. Public material still describes GPT-style extraction, which can miss or invent rows without a layout census. Kept assistants as exception reviewers only.

- What worked: It was easy to classify this as the same generative path already rejected for silent omission.
- What got in the way: No trustworthy row index, bounding boxes, or completeness signal for a 300-row multi-page table.
