- What worked: The saved contact address could be independently reloaded, and case pages showed the subscribed email, request category, timestamps and closure.
- What got in the way: The general help wizard returned unrelated domain-verification articles. An Open case and email-handoff message were followed by automatic closure rather than a confirmed human review.
