### Correcting a support notification address and checking onboarding case outcomes

The notification email could be updated and confirmed, but two onboarding support requests were automatically closed with generic community referrals. Case details exposed the recipients and final statuses, making the failed support handoff observable.

- What worked: The saved contact address could be independently reloaded, and case pages showed the subscribed email, request category, timestamps and closure.
- What got in the way: The general help wizard returned unrelated domain-verification articles. An Open case and email-handoff message were followed by automatic closure rather than a confirmed human review.
