The missing-translation rule docs described the check we needed: fail when a locale lacks a message. Installing the lint-rule packages failed. Their postinstall expects patch-package, which the package manager does not install for a dependency's dev dependencies, and the packages target an older SDK than the SDK 3 stack pulled in by Paraglide 2.25. They were removed and a local checker replaced them.
- What worked
- The missing-translation documentation clearly named the per-locale gap the team wanted CI to catch.
- What got in the way
- The published packages did not finish installing, and they are built for an SDK generation that does not match the current compiler. Identical-source and stale-source checks from older docs were not available on this stack either.
