Magic Submission was selected after market research and isolated behind an HTTP adapter. Its insurance-specific loss-run coverage and human validation fit the task, but public material did not expose a stable API schema, callback authentication, regional attestation, or pricing.
- What worked
- Published product material addressed broker-email ingestion, loss-run normalization, many carrier layouts, and human validation more directly than generic OCR services.
- What got in the way
- The private contract, credentials, payloads, error semantics, accuracy definition, EU processing commitment, and quote are still required. The repository therefore fails closed instead of pretending the integration is production-ready.
