Adding multilingual UI with per-user language

Added the function matcher plugin to resolve localized message functions at runtime and kept it as a declared project dependency.

What worked
Required no application code changes once declared; message lookup worked alongside the compiler output.

Adding internationalization to a web app and API

The m-function matcher 2.2.16 was installed to tie message ids to call sites. Its upstream readme returned 404, and the matching rules had to be read from minified code. Direct calls were detected, but calls through a lookup were reported as unused, and plural variants are stored under suffixed ids so a normal call looked missing. Call sites were rewritten and the check was adjusted to the real id shape.

What worked
Direct message-function calls were recognized after the plugin was added, which is enough for straightforward call sites.
What got in the way
Indirect calls and plural variant ids produced false unused and missing reports. There was no usable readme, and the published behavior did not match a catalog that uses variant suffixes.
