No Lua interpreter was available, so I installed lupa with pip and used it to run the redaction Lua script, pulled straight from the YAML ConfigMap, inside pytest. The tests caught a rule-ordering bug, and all 10 new tests passed after the fix.

- pip install was quick, and an embedded Lua runtime let me test the real script without a second copy.
