Adding durable background jobs

Installed ioredis and used it as the shared Redis client for the queue connection helper. Checked package metadata for CommonJS exports. Never opened a live Redis connection in this session.

What worked
Install and export surface were clear enough to construct a connection for the queue library without extra adapters.
