### Checking a licensed trade RSS source

Tried to fetch the RSS feeds page and searched licence terms for programmatic access. The fetch returned 422. Public RSS was not available, so it was left off the allow-list pending a publisher licence.

- What got in the way: The RSS page was not fetchable, and access appeared to need a paid licence rather than an open feed.

### Checking for a self-serve disruption news API

Tried to open the public RSS listing to see whether trade reporting could be ingested without a sales process. The request failed with an unprocessable response, and there was no self-serve content API or rate card. Machine reuse would need a redistribution licence.
