### Generating inspection-photo thumbnails

The worker was implemented to invoke libvips thumbnail processing inside the Lambda container, giving a lightweight native image-processing path. The command wrapper was testable, but the actual binary and container were not run in the available environment.

- What worked: Its command-oriented interface allowed image processing to stay outside the Go process while keeping the worker implementation small.
- What got in the way: Runtime behavior, ARM64 packaging, and the chosen thumbnail options could not be confirmed end to end because the final container build was unavailable.
