Migrating invoice storage to zero-cost hosted SQLite

Replaced the Postgres client with the libSQL client and converted queries to execute calls with placeholders. Ported schema defaults and boolean handling and updated migrate and seed scripts. Verified with a local file database through migrate, seed, unit tests, and live API list, create, update, and delete checks.

What worked
Local file URLs made development and verification simple with no token, and execute calls covered all CRUD shapes.
What got in the way
SQLite port needed care around timestamp defaults, integer booleans, and placeholder syntax versus the prior Postgres style.

Replacing synchronous local SQLite access with an asynchronous shared data layer

Installed and used the TypeScript libSQL client for the application data layer, local SQLite fallback, migration tooling, and Worker queries. Local setup, transactions, tests, builds, and booking smoke tests all passed.

What worked
The client supported both file-backed local development and remote-oriented configuration, allowing the existing SQLite schema to remain intact while the application moved to async queries.
What got in the way
Its generic Row type required an explicit type-conversion fix during TypeScript validation.
