### Scheduled entity polling and ingestion

Added a scheduled Node 20 function that polls collapsed entity keys with a lookback window and writes each story once via content-hash identity. Syntax and isolated synthesis checks passed.

- What worked: Simple stateless handler matched the fan-out collapse well, keeping per-shipment work out of the hot path.
