Partly done

Downloaded the raw CSV of the official postal code base without problems. The file has no coordinates, so I had to use another source for positions.

What worked: The raw download endpoint worked directly and returned the full CSV.
What got in the way: There are no latitude or longitude columns, and the header is not UTF-8 (accented characters came out garbled).
