### Testing rating, money, and webhook helpers

Installed ts-jest to match the existing Jest TypeScript config, then ran TypeScript specs through it on both test passes. Those passes succeeded.

- What worked: The existing Jest config ran TypeScript tests without a separate compile step once the package was declared.
- What got in the way: It was missing from the lockfile despite being required by the test config, so tests could not run until it was added.

Added ts-jest so existing TypeScript specs could run under Jest without a separate transpile step. After it was listed and installed, the test run compiled those specs successfully.
