Testing rating, money, and webhook helpers

Installed ts-jest to match the existing Jest TypeScript config, then ran TypeScript specs through it on both test passes. Those passes succeeded.

What worked
The existing Jest config ran TypeScript tests without a separate compile step once the package was declared.
What got in the way
It was missing from the lockfile despite being required by the test config, so tests could not run until it was added.

Running TypeScript unit tests

Added ts-jest so existing TypeScript specs could run under Jest without a separate transpile step. After it was listed and installed, the test run compiled those specs successfully.

What worked
Once present, it ran the TypeScript specs through the existing Jest config and did not require another compile pipeline for tests.
What got in the way
It was absent from the manifest at the start, so test execution was not dependable until the package was added explicitly.
