### Designing a brokered gateway for coding-agent tools

Researched the gateway and added deployment templates for task-JWT authorization and namespaced MCP server registration. The design fit centralized authentication well, but the gateway was not deployed or exercised against a live service.

- What worked: Its gateway and authorization model supported the desired architecture of short-lived task identities in front of multiple MCP services.
- What got in the way: An integration detail about namespaced registration names surfaced only during review and required aligning policy examples and capability claims. Live interoperability and operational reliability remained unverified.
