### Rendering an SVG map to PNG for visual checking

Tried to rasterize the generated SVG to check it visually. Installing into the system Python was refused (PEP 668). In a venv, pip installed it, but importing it failed because the native cairo library was missing. I used a different approach.

- What got in the way: Pip installs it without warning that it needs a native library it does not bundle, so the failure only shows up at import time as a long dlopen error.
