### Building concurrent Rust workspace changes

The compiler wrapper reused stale workspace metadata after an enum changed. Dependent builds reported variants that no longer existed in source. Cached metadata was also read-only during linting. Disabling compiler wrappers and rebuilding a private target restored source-consistent compilation.
