Linting the monorepo after the agent integration

Attempted repository linting through the Next.js lint command, but no lint analysis ran because the web package prompted interactively for initial ESLint configuration.

What got in the way
The missing project configuration prevented noninteractive CI-style linting and caused the workspace lint command to fail.
