The vector-tile package was added so a free vector style could be drawn from Dart. Its API was learned from the library export, style reader, attribution helper, and example after package pages fell short. The app analyzed with that integration, while tests skip the tile layer. Tile drawing was never run, so runtime behavior is unrated.

- The example and style-reader source showed how to point a vector layer at a style URL and how to read the attribution the style declares. The analyzer accepted that usage.

- There was no compact API guide for constructing the style and attribution, so implementation depended on reading library source. The tile layer was bypassed in tests and was not rendered on a device, so loading and drawing were not observed.
