- Once the database server was accepting connections, the create and migrate tasks ran and updated the schema.
- What got in the way
- The first migrate stopped because the database server was down, and Rake reported that as a failed task. The test task handed off to the framework executable, which did not recognize the application and printed generator help instead of running tests.
