Installed python-dotenv and added an example env file for Brave and OpenAI keys, model pin, and batch mode so jobs can run without hard-coded secrets.

- Install and the example file made the required keys and optional extract settings easy to document for later configuration.
- What got in the way
- No populated env was used, so load order against Flask config was not observed in a live extract.
